THE NDIS
Sunnydale Supportive Care is proud to be a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider.
If you meet the access requirements and are a participant in the NDIS, please contact us to discuss your needs.
[ HOW THE NDIS WORKS ]
The NDIS provides funding (for supports) to those under the age of 65 who suffer from a permanent impairment that has a substantial effect on their intellectual, cognitive, neurological, sensory, physical, psychological, and social functioning.
You can find out more information by visiting the NDIS website:
[ HOW WE CAN HELP ]
The NDIS process can be quite daunting for many, especially if they are new to the overall process.
If you are unsure, are still in the planning process and not yet an NDIS participant, or even if you do not meet the NDIS access requirements, feel free to call us to see how we might be able to assist you.
There are still some non-NDIS funding options for Disability supports for those who do not meet the NDIS criteria, or for those who only qualify for limited NDIS supports.
